The brief
Norrsken Film wanted to create a spec-ad of two friends camping in the woods. They asked me to design the characters and the setting for the video. We were in close communications for the entire production to make sure we could deliver a fun and entertaining commercial.
Design
I came up with a miss matched duo of two guys. Keeping to the low budget of the spec-ad I wanted to find clothing and peripherals that was easy to find at thrift shops, but still complimented each character perfectly.
The environment had to look lived in, at the same time as it was set up by two novices.

On Location
On set, I was in charge of making sure the look was correct and nothing was out of place from scene to scene. It was important that we sold the idea of two out of place guys trying on camping.
