When Ericsson wanted to create their campaign "Quest for easy" I was tasked to design and 3D model the character for Mari Takahashi as well as her little green sidekick.

The sidekick.
I got some quick sketches of what they wanted the sidekick to look like and proceeded to 3D sculpt and texture the little guy. He had a teddy bear "granade" stuffed in his belt as Mari and his scene played out in a warzone video game environment.

We had to make different facial expressions to sell that this was a "real" videogame character. I studied videos from Mari's social media and youtube channels to get as close as I could to the real deal.
